Office of the Vice President for Administration for Finance

The Office of the Vice President for Administration and Finance oversees the financial management, administrative operations, and resource planning of the institution. It ensures the effective coordination, collaboration, and communication among various units to uphold administrative efficiency, financial integrity, and overall well-being of Gapan City College.

With a deep commitment to student holistic development, institutional growth, and administrative excellence, Lyra Anne Lopez-Padrid has dedicated her career to shaping an environment where education thrives. As a licensed Psychometrician and registered Guidance Counselor, she possesses a strong foundation in servant leadership and institutional management.

Her journey in the institution began as a Guidance Designate (2018-2021), where she played a significant role in providing student support services. Recognized for her dedication and expertise, she later served as the Director of the Office of Student Affairs (2021-2023), where she strengthened student development programs, fostered holistic learning experiences, and led initiatives to enhance student engagement. Now, as the Vice President for Administration and Finance (2023 to present), she oversees the institution’s financial and administrative operations, ensuring the seamless execution of policies that drive the operational efficiency and sustainable growth and development of the institution. She is also currently serving as the Board Secretary (2024 to present) of the Board of Trustees of Gapan City College.

Guided by her passion for education and leadership, she continuously strives to build a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation within the institution. Her extensive experience in organizational management, counseling, and financial stewardship allows her to make strategic decisions that enhance both student services and institutional operations, reinforcing the college’s core values— Character, Care and Competence

GENERAL SERVICES OFFICE

A General Services Office (GSO) manages the physical resources and facilities of an organization. This can include the maintenance of buildings, equipment, and vehicles, as well as the management of supplies and records.

SAFETY AND SECURITY OFFICE

a department or function within an organization that focuses on identifying, analyzing, and implementing measures to protect people, assets, and information from potential threats, hazards, and risks, ensuring a safe and secure environment.

HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICE

department within an organization manages employees, encompassing everything from recruitment and hiring to compensation, training, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

ACCOUNTING OFFICE

Accounting Office is in charge of analyzing, recording, classifying, summarizing and communicating all transactions involving the receipt and disposition of government funds and property that will ultimately lead to the interpretation of results to be used in formulating policies and making management decisions.

MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM OFFICE

Management Information System (MIS), is a department responsible for collecting, processing, storing, and providing data to help managers and decision-makers make informed decisions.
