1. REGISTER AND APPLY ONLINE
Follow these steps :
1. Download and print the form here: DOWNLOAD HERE . Carefully read the information and instructions before filling out the Application Form.
2. Register at the GCC Online Admission form CLICK HERE TO APPLY
3. Complete the information and submit. A confirmation page say will display.
2. WALK-IN SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS
Applicants are advised to hand in / submit the following admission requirements to OFFICE OF ADMISSIONS AND SCHOLARSHIPS (beside OFFICE OF STUDENT AFFAIRS AND SERVICES (OSAS) .
For Second Coursers and New Enrollees (SHS Graduates, Old Curriculum Graduates, ALS Passers) and Transferees.
Monday to Friday, 8:00 PM to 3:00 PM. The deadline for applications is until further notice.
Enclose all documents in a LONG BROWN envelope
The Office of Admissions and Scholarships will not entertain, accept, or process qualifiers with incomplete requirements.
Admission Requirements
INCOMING FRESHMEN (Grade 12 students or Senior High School graduates)
1. Duly accomplished Application Form [download this form from Admission Site]
2. Photocopy of Form 138: Grade 11 or Grade 12 Senior High School Card
3. Photocopy of COMELEC ID / Voter’s Certificate (if not applicable, voter’s certificate of parent/s)
4. Photocopy of Recent School ID (or any valid ID with picture)
5. PASSED ADMISSION TEST (GCC-CAT)
TRANSFEREES (Students are those who have entered college)
1. Duly accomplished Application Form [download this form from Admission Site]
2. Photocopy of Transcript of Records (TOR) or Certificate of Grades (COG) with General Weighted Average.
3. Photocopy of COMELEC ID / Voter’s Certificate (if not applicable, voter’s certificate of parent/s)
4. Photocopy of Recent School ID (or any valid ID with picture)
5. Photocopy of Honorable Dismissal
Note: GCC-CAT is not required for Transferee and Second Courser
3. CLAIM YOUR EXAMINATION PERMIT
After online registration and walk-in submission of initial admission documents. The Admission Officer will release the EXAMINATION PERMIT for eligible APPLICANTS for GCC-CAT.

WHAT’S NEXT?
Once you settled , you will be issued an Examination or Test Permit indicating your details of your examination.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
1. A qualifier with incomplete requirements will not be accepted.
2. Only Student-Applicants who took and passed the GCC-CAT are eligible to enroll.
3. Transferees and Second Courses are not required to take GCC-CAT.
