You can now request your credentials/documents online!
Starting October 24, 2023, all academic credential requests should be processed online. Walk-in or in-person transactions without an appointment schedule will not be entertained.

How to request online:
1. Please go to this link and fill out the online request form.

2. Wait for confirmation. A confirmation email will be received to start the processing of the documents.
3. Claim Document. Wait for the notification if the requested document is ready to release.
The release of all requested credentials will be scheduled by appointment. You will be notified via your mobile number and email. Make sure that the provided email address is valid or functional.
